There is a specific time frame where, when and how the ad must be placed. In addition, there has to be multiple forms of recruitment efforts to hire USC. Also, if beneficiary(You) is involved or has known that such ad is being placed, then the whole process need to restart.There are other steps like state wage determination etc that should happen before an appliation for PERM can be filed.In short, you may not be able to use just a monster ad to file PERM application.

This appears to be more relavant given the need for rejuvenating the state chapters. Why not we have this as simple links on the main page itself and make it damn easy to join the chapter. The most important thing to do is to have the members join the chapters and have the contact numbers. Once these are there the IV state chapters could follow up and get the activities rolling with these members.

Bottom line: Have the state chapter joining links on the main page and have it simplified for the members to join very easily ( kind of taking the name, contact number and email and nothing more) later the chapter core could get in touch with them and get the complete profile. A kind of marketing gimmick.

Friends:

Two weeks ago I received an RFE for my E-Filed I-131 Advance Parole.
They requested two passport-style Photos but didn't mention where to send the RFE response.
However, on the top right-corner (next to the US Dept. Homeland security Logo) on the RFE page, there is an address (P.O Box 852381 Mesquite, Texas 75185-2381).

Underneath of the Director signature it has Officer # 159.

I'm really confused
1. Which address to send the RFE response?
2. Attention to what??? (Should I put Attn: to this officer # 159)



Please guide me ASAP...

i am in a similar situation. i consulted a lawyer who said that even 1 day spent out the country can & must be taken in to account (for the 365 day eligibility). as long as your PERM LC was filed, you should not have a problem.

Does anyone know if the B1 visa can be extended in US? The visa stamp on the passport is for 6months. when entered US, the officer granted 5.5 months of stay.......

I am thinking I simply appy for B1 extension 30 days before I-94 expiry date and the actual visa stamp on the visa does not matter.....is it true
