If not EB1, even EB2 is fine because you belong to UK and EB2 is current for you. If you claim EB1, you can easily apply in EB2 and it's "current" for you.

I did some research and found out that American sentinel is not in Sevis approved list:

When the Senate advanced the job-creation bill last week, employers were given the signal that hiring tax incentives are on the horizon. I have been arrested on Domestic Violence call by my wife ( of cource false allegations) about month back. Police investigation did not find any evidences and never sent file to DA for filing hence DA never filed charges.
Now USCIS requesting following
1) Please submit an arrest record and final court dispositions for each of your arrests. Court dispositions must be in the original and bear the stamp and/r seal of the appropriate court or clerk. If a court disposition or police record is not available, you must provide official or certified evidence from the appropriate law enforcement agency or court confirming the record in unavailable. Please note, these documents must either be the original or certified copy.
How to get court deposition or evidence that no charge are filed against this arrest?
I have filed petition for expunging arrest record but that will take a while to conclude.
Please advice what proof I can send to USCIS that this arrest did not even result in charges in court.

LCA(H1B) is for the Company and not for the Employee.
If you check your LCA your name will not be there anywhere.
It just gives

I read the link posted. This is an independent think tank about movement of people worldwide and the report in general analyses the three upcoming bills in relation to EB and non EB immigration and illegals. Overall the bill states that immigration is of benefit to the US and the degree of benefit depends on the legality and skill level of the immigrants, and they suggest that Family category 4 and DV category should be eliminated and used for EB immigration and also suggest readjusting the per country cap to accomadate for the reality of more immigrants from the retrogressed countries. I think this is good and we should include this in our presentation to the lawmakers, this will carry good weight.

I have 4 additional steps when DOL needs only three. May be I do not have to count the University Alumni Placement ad and file early.
Is this company considered professional oraganization for Operations Research Analyst job: www.apicsutah.org? We posted the job ad on this organization's website to fulfill the Professonal Organization requirement.

I am qualified in finance;started my career in finance & continued for 4 yrs. then switched over to SAP implementation ; for over 3 yrs now, i have been into SAP implementation projects. I have H1B approved for SAP work.
Now, can I take up a job with a different title - say, "Finance Analyst" or "Corporate Finance"? I have been talking to various clients in California that are interested in offering me finance positions.

You may have to give up your PD depending on your status of immigration.

I am currently in H1-B. My GC (EB2) is in progress sponsored by my company.
The I-40 is approved but me and my wife�s I-485 is still pending.
We both got our EADs, but we have never-ever used it. We just applied for it and kept the card.
My wife was also on H1-B through her own employment. She got laid off so she is losing her H1-B. Now I want to apply for her H4 as my dependant. Since she already has an EAD, will applying for H4 nullify the EAD? As I said earlier that she has never used her EAD however she plans to use it when she gets a new job.
Anybody in similar situation? Any remarks or suggestion would be greatly appreciated.
